Posting pictures from a pc..

Good evening all,

Just trying to put a post up and want to include some photos using my PC. Do we still need to upload our photos to a seperate host (such as photobucket) to include them in our post?

If so could i have suggestions for an alternative host to photobucket that won't rinse the bank account please?

before I look at this could I take pictures on my phone and then forward them to myself by email then save them on my laptop as a file ? then in this case list an item for sale and use the attach files button ? would that work ? i'm not very good at this sort of thing i'm afraid so I thank you in advance if you could advise...
