Pro7 Sport problem?

I have a pro7 sport unit. it is correctly wired into the GS.. I've got very low or no audio, I'm told the unit has been recently refurbished but i have my suspicions that it may not be the case There seems to be an amplification issue??

Do any of the labels placed inside the battery compartment indicate wether the unit has indeed been refurbished.. or is the best course of action to drop down to Autocom for them to have a look....

When i had mine refurbished Autocom put an extra sticker in the battery compartment with a code on it and replaced the main stcker on the front .
If its any use your welcome to plug it into my system to see if there's any difference
