Problems with biketec.ie

Hi all,
anyone had dealings with biketec before?
The reason I ask is that I ordered a GS911 from the twats 2 weeks ago,been given the excuse we were on a few days holiday(not a problem we all have holidays,just tell your customers) but your Gs911 was posted.Did eventually notice they don't even specify delivery times.
After the usual we are so busy struggling to reply to emails & oh i'll check the tracking & no reply since.Must be coming by pikey pony express I presume.
Just thought I would put it out there because I would give them a wide berth if I were you.Last time all this happened when I ordered over the net the company were going bust.

Perfect service before and after ordering. Must've been something you said to them...
Why have YOU not got a tracking number to check where it is? I recently ordered stuff from Germany that was posted next day, tracked that day to where it said it had been loaded at Frankfurt Airport and to be transferred to UK Royal Mail. It took Royal Mail 34 days to deliver the jiffy bag. It arrived undamaged, unopened. But 34 days?

Got on grand a few years ago when I bought gs911 from them. Hope they are ok.

Got mine from there and although it took a couple of weeks everything was fine.

Well unit eventually arrived & surprise surprise the postal date was no where near the date they said they posted it & they state on their website all GS911's ordered come with a free silicone cover,thats a myth I didn't receive one.After numerous emails & no response from any of them I would advise any & all to steer clear of this lot.
I order stuff from the net quite alot & have to say this crowd are by far the most unprofessional I've come across,you have been warned.

I don't have a problem with delivery taking as long as it takes but telling porkies to your customers is a no no & really hacks me off.We are all adults if its going to be 2-3 weeks thats fine just tell me & as far as not replying to emails well nuff said about that.
I'm all for supporting small companies but if your service is sh*t I won't be using you again or referring you to others.

Looks like you either posted a duff url or they are going down the tubes as that address is up for sale.

wish I had seen that before technotony007, I notice that they display delivery time of 2 days & not as & when they can be bothered like biketec,cheers for that mate.
