Started making a battery box holder to fit under the gear box, these are the 2 loops I will weld onto the frame

Then I will fix a removable alloy box to them, similar to the one above in the picture

I will make a couple of them so one will be up for sale

New motox bars on, still need to sort out the risers

Things have ground to a halt, waiting for the post man to bring a rear alloy 5" mudguard and the local bike shop to get a set of TKC's in. Today I am sorting out the front brake going to make a longer stainless brake hose up and fit it.

Few bits done today, made a couple of brackets for the rear mudguard

Sprayed the fork legs just to see what the look is like

Engineered a little kick up at the rear of the sub frame

Over the weekend I am going to remove the standard mudguard locator and the battery box mount

The new rear mudguard is here so hopefully I will have this cut down as well, wheels are getting the TKC fitted tomorrow

I will, the hardest part for me is getting started , by the way I will have to change the headlight to a bottom mounted one the one on looks massive

I am not too far away really before I can start using it...the major thing is the seat

bit of work done today, its starting to take shape

took off the old fender support and rubber mounts for the battery cage

just lining up the rear fender to get the basic shape, Ive cut it dowm a bit more than in this picture so its about 10 inches past the rear sub frame.

Ive also kicked up the rear of the sub frame a bit more.

the headlights got to be changed its far too big

thanks Trippy........looking at the pictures I think the sub frame is about 3 inches to long, I dont want it to look like a trials bike
