Thanks, Al. It's not a massive problem, yet. Would like to put off surgery as long as possible and have heard that is not always a success.
Have a wrist splint that keeps the wrist from bending while sleeping. Just realised that I haven't had to use it since I've started to use the grip buddies!
Wrist surgery is good when the problem is at the carpal tunnel. When the problem is in the brachial plexus you need to get the shoulder posture and first rib worked on.
Forward head round and hunched shoulders often generate arm pain and hand symptoms.
Forearm cramps -radial nerve wrist surgery pointless
Numb tingling little finger - ulnar nerve wrist surgery over carpal tunnel pointless.
Median nerve (numb thumb and first two fingers) has a chance it's the wrist but part of the median nerve does not go though the carpal tunnel. There are tests to work out if the tunnel is the fundamental cause.
