first thing on any old bike - it could well be full of codes that are meaningless....
next a low volt battery or small glitch can throw lies - and confuse
most of the time, delete the lot do a short ride - anything that matters will pop straight back
the fact you said before you hooked it up the TPMS wasn't functioning suggests the bike needs a bit of TLC
I would not jump straight in and play with complex stuff like suspension calibration - it probably wasn't wrong - but quite likely the system is tired / broken and you might get in a worse place
re the brakes I expect it the pump motor brushes are playing up (I know everyone here has this idea they don't play up - but its the most common designed in faliure point of any BMW motorcycle - I not talking about old rot that was another level of special...) from 2006 to 2013 ABS2 fails all day long, with the pump motor brushes stuck - the red light self test should be on with the key and should go off after a few metres...
you can find how to fix all over youtube - it was on all ABS R1200GS from 2006 to 2013 and K1200GT's and K1300GT's from 2004 to 2010
hit it with a stick - the brushes will likely free off - if not hit it harder - should work for another 6 months - or fit ford fiesta brush pack following how to videos
see the third picture - correctly called ABS II but BM aficionados think otherwise, mostly due to stupid naming nomenclature from BMW
as there are 20 times as many GS' made, you'd be better off looking for R1200GS repair videos - same module, same designed in feature that makes them play up the good news its much easier to get at on the K1300 than a R1200
BMW just got caught making the fourth iteration vibrate its brains out - USA recall to remove the bolt and put back the plastic version - Europe remains blissfully unaware of the little Mod BMW fitted worldwide in 2021 to get more work coming in the dealerships
