Has anyone experienced a problem loading the USB driver for the Quest GPS unit. If so what did you do, to finally get the driver to load and be recognised in the software.

I had this problem with another USB connected item.
It was solved by uninstalling all the s/ware that came with the device.
Then making sure that the device was NOT connected.
And then reinstalling the s/ware.
It seems that if you connect the device BEFORE installing the drivers, everything wants to go tits-up.

Make sure you have the latest USB drivers in windows...from the Microsoft update site.
