Just had a new servo fitted at the weekend and when i'm moving slowly and not touching the brakes i can hear the servo making a noise. It sounds like pulling the brake lever in and out ,like its trying to sense something.I'm pretty sure it shouldn't do this just wondering if yours bike does or doesn't do this.I'm off to Spain on Sunday and starting to worry a bit
:(

Cheers Martin

It could be a sticking front brake lever or switch causing the ABS pump to run. My 1200 did this till I put some WD40 on the front brake lever and associated switch.

I am right in thinking it should be making a noise the old servo which was replaced done the same ?I think the servo which was replaced had been faulty for a while so i've forgotten what they really should be like. It's going back into the dealers tomorrow to be checked

Just back from Motorrad Central bikes fixed everythings fine now. What was it ? a bent tooth on the front abs ring something really simple took a while to find out thats what it was.Excellent service from the Motorrad team even pulled a new LTD edition adv out of the show room into the workshop so they could swap bits on to mine.I would highly recommend them if you ever need there services . :D
