Question on TM80/2 Magnum horn

I order a TM80/2 Magnum horn. I thought that it would be one unit. What I got was two seperate horns, each in their own pakage. One high tone and one low tone. Is this correct?

I just assumed it would be one dual tone unit.

I was able to answer my own question, it is two horns.
