Question re: Lowered F700GS

Hi, I have a 650 Sertao & my mate is thinking of getting a 700GS (a 2013 / 14 model )

Does anyone have any info re: standard seat height vs lowered seat height. My mate is 5' 10' and my Sertao with the standard seat is too high for him.

If your mate is 5'10 he will not need a lowered 700GS
A standard one will be fine - I am 5'4 and can get both feet on ground easily with standard seat.
Sertao seat height is 860 mm
F700 GS only 820 mm
