£40 the pair from Bmw, maybe another £3 postage if can't be bothered to walk through the doors of your local dealer. That's cheaper than just the postage alone as quoted in a couple of posts

Metal ones £38.50 per side (1 male, 1 female) from dealer (central scotland)
Why on earth do you need a metal female connector ?
