Seen the R S P R C in action first hand, with a cruelty case!!
And when they FINALLY got there arses in to gear,(8 -9 weeks) they then used it as a publicity stunt in some of the national papers! Double
They wont ever get more money out off me!
So I can relate to your feeling.

RSPCA,
found a very old and ill dog,
rang em (fri night) was told keep it till monday, we dont work weekends, how do i do that with a dog at home???the police had to take it, i was given no help at all
reported 2 cruelty cases to them , (one bad)
nothing was done,
ill give them nothing anymore,
