Thanks gents, i will look in to these options as soon as the salt gritters hit the roads and the bike is laid up for a couple months.

Hi All, fitted the R1200 injectors from www.tills.de to my 1993 R1100 ( RS sorry) yesterday.
Starting the bike now happens much more quickly, - fires after maybe half a rev instead of around two revs; the revs pick up much more quickly when out on the open road, low speed town work less snatchy and smoother.
As someone else mentioned however, because of the cost ( E200) this is maybe the last mod to do your bike. John's chip seems good value; although I went for the Accellerator Module as it is cheap and easy to fit with decent performance improvement.
