r1100gs intermitent rough running

hi everyone,silly one this but i,ve noticed after leaving my bike sitting for a while i.e a week,it runs better/smoother and especially quieter when i take it out again.then after a day or two of riding it seems to struggle and the engine tone sounds loud:confused.im thinking maybe some injector cleaner,maybe something sticking,any ideas

Some water in your fuel tank?
Sets in the bottom (below pick-up) when resting. Stirred into tiny droplets floating in fuel when running. Check drain pipe from fuel filler hole.
Pour some ethanole in the tank to get rid of it.

Wynns 'dry fuel' - gets rid of the water and cleans the injection system. it 'may' sort out your problem. won't hurt to try anyway.
