R1100RS 1993 big valve heads

I have the torque arm as short as it will go, which straightens the shaft alignment from the front UJ’s back, raises the rear, steepens the steering angle and puts more weight on the front.

The PC3 is great and I like the flexibility to adjust it via a laptop. Dynojet got in touch after I did the IOM video in 2004, explaining that the PC3 was being launched for the BMWs and asking if they could borrow my GS to set up the fuelling maps. The improvements were significant but especially with throttle response - a 10% improvement in power at 40% throttle, just where you want it for overtakes. 20yrs later and it’s still fitted and working well, so not bad for a freebie.

I have the heads and they are definitely the 10 fin big valve heads also have the pc3 now but it needs a new lambda. Got to replace all the exhaust studs though
