R1150 gs Display not working

I have got a mate with a GS who needs some help, this is the message i got from him.

I need your help advice please. My GS console seems ****ed. The petrol gauge / oil temp fuel side etc is dead, any ideas?

Completely dead or just not behaving?

I assume he's checked the fuses?
If it's just not behaving, has he fitted HID lights recently?

Simple things first. Pull the blue fuse. Wait 10 seconds. Put it back and see if that fixes it.
