Hi All,
Does the R1150 GS time clock have a permanent live feed from the battery or does it have it's own back up battery in the rider info panel ?.
My 2002, 50,000 miler, just started playing up yesterday, everytime you turn the ignition off the clock resets to zero. Not sure if a feed from the battery has gone down or if there is a seperate battery to keep the clock running that has gone.
At least I know how long I've been riding for but not what time to go home
The main battery is fully charged and everything else is working fine.
Any info welcome before I have to go and buy a 'Haynes Book of Lies'.

or take out the battery then reset to 00:00 (before going to 00:01, 00:02 etc) on replacing the fuse or battery. I've also had the clock zero out on starting when I've been a bit low on electrickery in the battery and all the amps rushed off to turn the starter motor rather than runnning the lights or RID.
