Can anyone recommend a good set of footpegs for my bike, just finding the standard ones (with or without rubber) too small for my size 10 hooves when standing up a bit on the pegs. Looked at TT so far but what other options are there & what have other people tried.

Pivot Pegz.....I recently installed these on my GSA as I was getting sore insoles from standing on the pegs. These work a treat and can be lowered about 10mm from standard. I left mine in the standard position. These are really well made and from memory are guaranteed for life. :augie

They look impressive, but is just me that can't see a price on that site? :nenau

If the price on anything isn't obvious, I just assume its expensive. :D

received an email from the distributor in the UK

"We do have them in stock but we do not retail from here. If you want to order them call Race Spec on 01684 299699. They retail for £109.95 inc vat"

Thanks Roddy. £109.95 inc VATs good. :thumb2

No one has mentioned the Migsel pegs. not as 'push bike pedal lookalike' as the others.. wider and lower than stock. if you want lower of course.

I've got a set of Migsel pegs with the springs - made riding more comfy (I've got long legs) - OK for standing on as well.
And they were under £109.00 as well ...
Slight drawback is the moving forward gave a little bit of trouble with the gearchange as I've got big feet.

for what its worth, wifes bike has TT and I have the fastaway ones and I would say go for the fastaway every time.

I did have the TT adjustable pegs, and though they where very good, I felt they where too grippy so even if you wanted to just change your foot position you had to take your foot off the pegs, after a while this got annoying.

The Migsel and the pivot pegs look good and not overly grippy.

just my 2p worth

After a lot of looking I've opted for the pivot pegs. Just ordered them for a total of £115 all in from Race spec.

Will see what they are like soon I hope as they were in stock.

BTW TT has them for sale at £169! :augie
