Off next month to do a section of the TET through France
Head guards were around £250 and the SATNAV bracket £120 . I used my own NAV6 powered mount rather than the connected ride mount that they offer with the kitHow much were the cylinder head guards and the sat nav mount ?
I take it there’s a plug hidden somewhere for the sat nav mount ?
Very interesting to know thanks.Head guards were around £250 and the SATNAV bracket £120 . I used my own NAV6 powered mount rather than the connected ride mount that they offer with the kit
Power can either be taken from a plug on the LHS just above the cylinder or from the rear of the USB/DIN sockets on the dash panel . On my bike as I have the connected ride option the plug above the cylinder is used to link the wheel on the LH grip to the connected ride application . I didn't use this as I wanted to keep the wheel working with the connected ride app and NOT the NAV6 . If you want the wheel to work with your SATNAV you need to use this plug . I instead piggy backed off the rear of the USB socket and the DIN power socket which are both up on the dash panel and are ignition switched via the CANBUS , one for the SATNAV and the other for the QuadLock wireless charger head
He would, wouldn’t he. Has he wrecked his HP2 beyond recovery? Are you going off-road?
