This all seems rather complicated. If you have to manually switch over to your aux tank and then pump the fuel in, why not just have a long tube coming out of your aux tank that you can just place into the filler neck of the main tank, then just pump your aux fuel straight into the filler neck of the main tank, and not bother with any mods to your fuel lines? Or am I missing something?

Aux Tank Upgrade

I now have completed a pumped fuel transfer system which replaces the manual fuel transfer. It is more efficient and transfers 10 litres in about 7 minutes. Please see web site for details. http://www.ecclespike.org.uk
