I thought that the standard service intervals were "6000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first", but the information page on the service page in the Connected app says the service can be carried out anytime in the same calendar year as the service due date so long as the mileage is not exceeded. That suggests to me that if the bike hasn't reached the stated mileage on the TFT, I can delay the service until past the service date in the TFT. Am I wrong?

It's 6000 miles or 12 months - whichever arrives soonest.

If you do only 2K a year, you would still service it at the 12 month mark since the last service.

If you do 6K in 3 months since the last service, you need to service it again.
