I have just created a Webpage with all the proper torque values for the R1200GS, taken from the BMW REP-ROM dealer service CD. I used a Perl script to add the correct conversions for Nm to ft-lbs for those of us with torque wrenches missing a Newton-meter scale.
I put all the values in one page (just 38kb) to make it easier to use your browser's in-page-search function to find the item you're looking for. I think the end result is far more readable than the REP-ROM, but then I'm biased...
Go to http://www.R1200GS.info/ then click on the "Torque Values" link, or to go there directly surf to http://www.R1200GS.invo/misc/torque.html.
