R80 Engine Oil Level

I have to run my R80 with the engine oil level half way between the max and min on the dip stick.

Any higher and it chucks the oil out of the crank case breather and down into the carb intake tubes .

The bike runs really well and doesn't actually use hardly any oil , just wondering if others are the same ?

Are taking the measurement with the dipstick resting on the filler hole or screwed in ?

I wait for the engine knocking noise as a sign the oil needs topping up

Dipstick not screwed in , at least 1/2 hr after since running , bike laser leveled .temperature and humidity checked.
