My bike has a very nice _looking_ seat but the foam under my bum feels as if its not there any more.
I had my first proper ride yesterday and within 15mins was uncomfortable. Now you must understand that I've got a very bony bum, so I am having more problems these days, but 3 hours later I was not a happy rider.
So how much of a pain is it to remove all the staples, fit a new foam and get it to staple up properly again ?
Versus just buying a new seat from motorworks ???
(Also I could do with sitting at least an inch higher to get my lanky frame more comfortable above the pegs)

In my experience the single seat is higher. So if you’ve got a dual seat on it try a single. I’m sure it’s higher because when you fit one there’s a gap between the bottom of the seat and the side panels. BAMW is your friend again with this one.

Like Steve, I think the solo seat is slightly higher than the dual seat (maybe 1 inch?)

For the foam, I believe siebenrock sell the foam for the seats and a new seat cover if you need it. It won’t be cheap, but should solve your problem.

I bought a spare seat for my paralever and had it remodelled more like a flat enduro style giving me more height, comfort and more room to move.
