Plaintive email from a pal...
I went to the bike club tonight.
Anyway on the way home it was dark, all was working well until I left the lights in town. When I rev the bike up above 4000 rpm all the electrics go out. No headlights, no idiot lights and no dial lights!
This answers the problem I had earlier where my indicators didn't work on motorways!
What the hell can be causing this? Any ideas?
R reg R850R recent battery he's just done 900 mile round Scotland trip and did have a loose connection at the starter motor. I've suggested possible slipping belt, voltage regulator problem or duff connections..he's a Rig E.T. so should hopefully find any wiring probs.
