RallyRaid Africa Twin Wheel set (2)

£21k tho

I'm a Yorkshireman remember !

Yeah it is a lot, but I really like riding it, gives me a lot of fun and great memories.

I've had that bike stripped down and I rebuilt it to my spec.... that was great fun.

:D

It 'floats your boat', hats off to you. :beerjug:

Mine now has 17k on it, done about 900 miles in the last 10 days. Every mile was a joy

Well, done about 100 miles in pouring rain and cold.... but DCT behaved great, tyres were great, wheels looked ace.

All tested and signed off : PASS :D

Just a short video of me messing about with the new Rally Raid wheelset

Well today I got around to fitting these 'new-to-me' Rally Raid Tubeless wheelset. Really nice :thumb2

Makes the bike lower, more 'racy' looking.

I set up the chain slack, with the bike on it's side stand, and the markers never went into the red (makes me wonder if others were setting chain slack on the centre stand).

Anyways they look great, really nice.
Not sure if this would even work,it may upset the geometry of the bike for the worse.
It will turn in quicker as your making the steering angle more aggressive but like I said I'm not sure if this would be a good thing.

I know they drop 17" wheels into dirt bikes to make supermoto's.

I personally think you might be better on spending the money on the standard suspension and making that better instead of poss
What do you think? :beerjug:

Just got to take it out tomorrow now and test ride it on DCT.
