Absolutely beautiful and the condition is, for me, perfect. There's no way I'd want to restore one inch of that.
There's no reason that couldn't be a usable, every day bike; there aren't many +50 year old bikes you can say that about.

San Miguel's ok but brewed over here now..... May I suggest sir switches to Estrella Damm, still brewed in Barcelona, somewhat superior and definitely a precursor to owning a V7 Special

++ 1 for that. San Miguel is such s***e that I actually walk right back of of bars here where there's no other choice!
Yes I still look at Norges. And 1200 Sports. And v65TTs... That's part of the problem!
Looking after an old V7 properly would be well beyond my abilities.
