RBS is offering the above package FOC as an aid to security for online banking.

Anyone got experience or knowledge of it?

No, I saw that as well, but since it does not run on 64 bit Vista it's not directly useful to me at the moment. But I will test a copy on XP later, just to have a look.

It seems that it might conflict with some anti-virus software, but the Trusteer site seems to have instructions about how to resolve this.

It seems like a sensible idea in principle, but I do wonder if NatWest will say that, in the event of someone hacking your account, if you do not use Rapport they will say you've not protected yourself properly.
