do you feel that in some ways the new bike is more dealer dependent than it older relatives? This ain't knocking the new bike, if you like well ride it and enjoy it. But so far we have:-
Dealer support to change the date format? come on FFS what's that abogeut?
The amount of effort required to remove the filler neck insert?
The battery I believe is now hidden under a panel which probably needs torx scewdrivers to remove? This last one is the one that gets me most, we have all done it, run a battery down by mistake ,easily done. But having to take side panels of the bike off to get your jump leads on? is BMW taking the piss.
