Collected my GT this morn from Gear4, received excellent serviced from Paul, met all my requirements and the tech was really clued up (makes a huge difference) the quality of the bike in the flesh looks far superior to the XR and the Ducati, I quite liked the book pack case very Ktm, pannier inners are a little small however not a problem as I had the large seat bag, front orange mudguard is from a SDR and the Akro can is as well (eBay bargains) sadly Ive not ridden it because I've dropped it off @ evotech performance so be 3 weeks before I do.

Crash bobbins/tail tidy/bar ends/exhaust hanger/wheel spindles/rad guard/mirror extenders/engine guard/headlight guard and anything else FOC. Had a tour around evotech HQ impressive .

They do sound realy nice with the Akro its just a shame you have to take it all off to get the wheel off

That is not a serious criticism as I think they are a very nice machine and maybe in a year or 2.......

They do sound realy nice with the Akro its just a shame you have to take it all off to get the wheel off

It's only the can, takes mins to take off and its easier to fit then most single siders.

Indeed, 2 bolts and the can slides off easily. 2 min. job. (Nice bike...enjoy)

PS - why Gear4 when there are 2 other KTM dealers a lot closer to you?

Richard @ Redline were only getting one and could not give a date, leisure trail, Nick said we don't no if we getting any ! (But now have 2 not sold well they weren't last week but maybe now) ringing around every dealer at the time stated they had sold there allocated bikes but gear4 had a cancel order and gave a £700 discount.

Makes sense - I ended up going to Didcot to get my 1190 Adventure as our local dealers had no left over 2015 models to do a deal on

i was a knats knacker from buying his multistrada! it was stunning and the guy that bought it got the bargain of the century, i had to go a long walk to talk myself out of it..i hope you bond with it bud i do think the GT will be my next bike
