Hello everyone,
While doing a regular check on the rear wheel, noticed that the rear rotor was loose, upon close inspection figured out that many of the bolts were loose and one of the bolts had also scratched the inside of the rear housing (see image below - near red arrow).
Well, took off the wheel, took all nuts out on the rear rotor, cleaned, and put back with some loctite. All is now well.
It may help to include this in your regular check. Not sure how it could've/would've come loose.
For me, it was something that I would not normally check, but good I found it before a planned 1000+ mile ride next week.
