Hi Brian,
Believe it or not they are probably just as cheap from a beemer dealer than bearing services. The main one is the same as the 1150. Worth chatting with Bob Cook who is Specialist Services at Fencehouses. He is a dab hand at rebuilding them. They take a bit of finesse to get them apart without ferking them. I am still on for the Picos in October, just cant find your phone number.

REAR DRIVE REBUILD GS 1200
I rebuilt my rear drive with new bearings /seals etc after making a few tools/pullers it came apart ok and now feels good as new.
Anybody want there rear Drive rebuilt get in touch
