Rear end clean-up

It's this one that I was looking at, at £75 it's more expensive but as it's only 50 mile from me I'm hoping to have a look at it before I buy.... after reading Phil's post I'm sure it will fit.

reg plate relocation completed

Now finished dropping the reg plate below the light bar. Using the FLHR light bar as previously mentioned, with built in number plate light and Softbrake bracket.
The bracket is s/steel and has enough flexibility at the mounting points to adjust the angle of the plate so it does not touch any trim etc. I will also be able to refit a legal plate when MOT time comes around.
The 3 holes left by the original bill board bracket above the light have been filled with chrome allen head bolt covers, but still looking for alternative.
Am waiting for a smoked lay down tail light without tag light to be delivered from states for the final finish.

Picked mine up today and yes, as Phil says, it does fit

The two slotted bits at the front don't quite sit all the way home but near enough for then to do their job.... looking at Phil's his looks the same.

I got the hog parts version simply because I could take my seat there and check it would fit by comparing it to my seat base. They had already told me it wouldn't fit so I didn't want to order the 'wrong part' and find out they were right.

If v twin mania are listing it as to fit the same model (97/04) then I guess it will be the same as mine.... albeit £15 cheaper

ordered a new rear rack from v twin mania,£66 delivered ,that harley rack weighs a ton ,and looks horrible.
ill post pics when its on
