Rear Flap

Does anyone have one of these rear flaps that sits under the number plate that actually works. I have a rugged road one and to tell the truth its....
flipping useless.

I've got one made by the now defunct Motorrad Concepts and it works. There's bound to be pics of them somewhere ???

I know Migsel bought/got the rights to some of the designs - but I'm not sure about the flap thingy.

Although TBH - it's really easy to knock one up out of aluminium sheet. Or Stainless for that matter.

Do you still have the original "mudguard" fitted? If so remove it for a big improvement inconjunction with the "flap".

Why not make one?!

Flat bit of metal or plastic with a curled up end!

I made one out of the back of an old television I found on the farm that had the right angle to look like it came from Migsel. Best thing - it cost nowt. It took about an hour to make and I could drill as many holes in the back as I wanted to vary the distance below the numberplate to have the desired effect!

Great sense of achievement afterwards as well!
