Rear hub sensor

There appears to be some sort of sensor that goes into the rear hub on my new 1200 . It's located just in fromt of the brake caliper.
Wasn't there on my old one,and it stops the hugger fitting

Anyone know what it is.

Just in front the caliper ?? Do you mean the fd breather
