 r100gs....my rear shock is knackered. is there anyone out there who wants to sell one or knows of a place in london to get a replacement over the weekend? many thanks, you are all wonderful people
on another tangent.......is it worth switching from an r100gs to the 1100, or 1150. mainly run to work, but might head further afield....i can't make up my mind.:monkeypiz

that's very much worth thinking about. my r100gs has about 42000 miles on the clock and i recently put a new back wheel on and got it fully turned over by mobitech. did a very good job. do you prefer the r100 over the 850, or is there some other reason? my problem is i really like the bumblebee and am scared of change.

that's great. thanks. will give them a call tomorrow. what makes does that leave. ohlins? worth the money?

tried to pm you and email you but no luck. my email is [email protected]
always interested in thinking about something. can't do any harm to look at the options. thanks.

and WP, Technoflex, Fournales.

If Bracken have anything it will be the WP. I can on personal experience HIGHLY recommend the Ohlins :thumb

If you don't insist on getting one this weekend you will do better mail-ordering from Motorbinslocks.

was hoping to get it sorted, but not life or death. if it will save me money, then i can take the tube for a couple of days. even though the thougt of that nearly makes me weep.
was thinking that with the 850, running around town would be easier on that than a 1150? lighter, etc.
i am not going to head off for the north pole. but with the 850, its pretty good on long trips? why go for the 1150 at all then?

that would be very much appreciated. thanks for the help. i am not allowed to pm for some reason. will work it out.

fair's fair, judge. signed up and paid the passage. the advice i have already had is well worth the tenner. i no longer have to feel guilty about pestering people. :shoot:
