Or is it causing them to overheat? I had to remove the hugger off my VFR because the shock was not getting enough air flow to keep it cool on hot days.

My first GS, 12,000 mls shock failed...no mudsling.
2nd GS shock failed 6.000 mls mudsling fitted.











I think 30k miles is the cut off for warrenty purposes. JJH
If my GS shock went at these mileages I , instead of forking out £1800 for a new rear, would seriously look at the Wilbers WESA shocks.
Rear - £635 , Front - £590.
Got to be better vfm....
