More than likley a variation on the venerable ELM327 OBDII code reader
A small OBDII code reader which has been around for about 20 odd years in one form or another
I have 3 one USB and 2 bluetooth
For cars - they cover 90% of most makes 5% need dedicated software with the ElM to talk to your vehicle & 5% wont respond at all
For bikes, they are hit and miss depending on which version / revision of the SW you have on the chip
and at best they only do basic stuff - code reset & reading of some options
