Refurbishing worn grips

I used heat shrink sleeve l;are enough to slip over the end flange. The cricket bat rubber has to be soaped on the outside then rolled inside out and finally unrolled onto the grips. The soap allows the rough outside texture to slip easily as you unroll the rubber. The dry inside surface grips the old grip so it wont slip about in use.
