It shows my cheap alternative to an excellent bit of kit made by Twalcom

I would like to say there`s inspired me but I`d be fibbing because I thought of doing something long before I saw the Twalcom alternative and thought `wow` when I saw theirs!

IMHO the swalcom stuff looks a whole lot better than Hootans - probably more r&d - anyone can produce a copy - come on guys - you get what you pay for in this world

Service and finish

I ordered a Crud catcher from the good Mr Hooton and I have to say that, not only was the service good (fast delivery, and well packaged) The item itself is first class. When you look at it you can tell that someone has actually handled it and taken care to make sure it's exactly as it should be. Not just stamped from a CNC machine and chucked in a Jiffy bag.

I am a big fan of the workmanship invested in this sort of thing and I think that people with this level of skill and dedication are a dying breed. They should be supported, and in the meantime if I can get some pretty looking bits for my bike then
