How do I remove the baffles on a Remus Revolution 'Grand Prix' for a GS12?

They are a real pain, get a person to sit on the bike, take the little bolt out at the end, a pair of mole grips or parallel pliers and pull like mad..
takes some getting out. there is a sleeve half way down that it fits in, and its really tight. on the baffle grind off the end a little so when you fit the baffle back in it goes in easy. or on the other hand do what i did - cut the baffle in half weld half a washer across the end just to knock some of the noise out.
