anyone out there successfully removed a datatool system 3 alarm immobiliser had so much trouble with the one on my 04 blade i just want to remove it any advice cheers gordon

Yes I removed one from my gs.
there is about a dozen wires that are all black, so looks daunting but is'nt, a feed and return from the battery, about 4 that are just piggy backed of other wires and just need cut and tape, and the rest the loom has been cut and the alarm connected to the bare ends, with these remove the datatool wires, re connect the wires back to the corresponding same colour wires, remove the feed and earth, then we get to the important bit.
put the datatool on the ground and hit it several times with a large heavy hammer, then go get a beer
