Well, having spent money on pretty much every option the only thing I would do is keep the exhaust standard and get the AF units. I may get an end can at some stage but this will be for noise and look....nothing more.

The Remus decat headers made a considerable difference with the standard exhaust can. I paid £150 used and then sold them for £150 when I got my fully farkled system. The system is a bit better still, but absolutely not enough to be worth the extra costs.

Agree that decat headers make a positive performance difference....I had Keihan on mine....BUT the emissions hole still existed, I think they reduced low down grunt and produced more vibes. Also agree that there are better ways to spend similar money to markedly improve performance.
My point (clumsily made) was that I believe it is worth fitting decat headers along with a fuel mixture correction method of some sort. The OEM cat headers really do plug up the exhaust gas flow and with unequal header stubs give zero thought to balancing gas flows.
Decat headers probably exaggerate the 4000rpm power hole but it is possible to ride around it (other than motorway cruising).
