I'm new to this, so please be gentle!
After fitting a full Remus system on my 2011 R1200GS recently, I find that the engine would sometimes cut out with the quick blip of the throttle when down shifting, for example say low speed in 2nd and then needing 1st: A quick blip to get the revs right would result in a sound like the pistons are hitting top dead centre and die. Not really clever if it is in front of the very traffic you are passing!!
It was suggested that a Power Commander could fix this, but I believe there is a similar system, but smaller also available.
Anyone that can shed some light?
If it is a Power Commender, which one do I get? Remus replied that they are only advising on cars!!! and gave me someone clever (NOT) to write to, but they also failed to give a satisfactory answer and just recommended Power Commander.
