I am looking to reduce the turbulence/buffeting i seem to get form my current standard screen on my GS LC. Can anybody recommend a solution whether that be a better screen or even a wind deflector if they do the trick.

Thanks in advance.

This is meant to be a good clip on. Can be drilled in if need be-comes with both kits. MRA X-Screen. I wouldn't use it with a puig screen though as both combined are just way too tall.

I'm going to get my stock screen tinted then probably put the puig up for sale.

got the puig screen and it is awesome. had to keep it on the lowest setting as otherwise in line of sight BUT the difference to the standard screen is amazing!

.... this thread is going to run and run. :blagblah

Hugely debated subject already but FWIW, i changed my OEM (GSA) screen for a MRA Vario Touring (www.bikehps.com). I am 5f 11Inch tall and get no buffeting on the head at any speed. It works for me :beerjug:

I agree. Puig is great but I still get drag on my GoPro above the helmet which is the only reason I'm changing.

GSA screen + MRA X-Screen + Cymarc supports and job's a good'un.

Same as Flamming T - I'm 5'11 with tinted MRA and xcreen. For tinted lower piece I got that from Wunderlich. Lots of adjustability so should be fine.

MRA Vario for me. Smoother, quieter, less buffeting for both me and Mrs Saint

Another MRA user here, it's not perfect for me but better than the standard by a long way.

I have Slipsceen copy of the GSA screen on my LC. At 5 10 with short body, it suits me in the 85% fully up position. Screen was £55 in grey tint.

Do you have a link and will it fit the GS.

Direct replacement. However it is about 1mm thicker than the original, which makes fitting the rubber grommets a bit fiddly, but achievable. If you buy from EBay, postage is about a fiver cheaper. But delivery was a bit slow, it took a week. Finish is good and it is holding up well.

I bought the clear Slipscreens screen and specified the optional 2" higher version for the same price. Very impressed with the quality, and it is much quieter than the smaller original GS screen, and causes no buffetting to me or my pillion. I've now fitted a Givi AirFlow secondary screen to it which gives much the same performance but allows me to have the screen set a little lower for the same amount of noise reduction. I've also fitted the Givi screen brace on the left side.

I have one of their standard GSA ones that I don't need. It's done less than 10 miles. Pm me if you're interested in a deal.

I had it fitted to my GS
