Replacement U/J bearings on drive shaft

Twin shock drive shaft universal joints have a slight bit of play,can they be replaced without going to the expence of an exchange drive shaft (£150)?

Thanks for lead,.price for having my shaft fitted with new u/j +p+p worked out around £120. Bearing alone £58! Picked a u/j up from GKN for £9 and used cups on my old u/j spider as it was unworn, job done .....

I am not knocking Dave Mac but dont understand why a u/j for a car is about £9 and same for /bmw is £54! Seems a bit of a rip off to me .
