Does anyone if know if there is a reprom disc out for a 2012 TC? Haynes manual is pretty poor. Bike sounds a bit tappy so think I might need valve clearances shimming.

Tbh, if you aren't confident in your ability to tackle the job using the Haynes manual which, by the way,
i found to be excellent when i did it, you should ask yourself the question, should i do it at all? Just a thought.

Haha. I Find the workshop manuals far easier, just need clear picture and torque settings, pictures in Haynes manuals are crap. No issues at all doing the job just like a clear breakdown of components.

I've a copy of the 6th edition for the R1200GS dated 03/2011 which is right for my 2010 TC. There may well be a later version for yours. Using a REPROM is very different to using a Haynes manual: for a start you can't tear a page out of a REPROM to wipe your hands on.

Valve clearances very easy on the TC.

You will need to get shims grom BMW but it's a quick and easy job

I have the JVB service disc for the TC listed for sale .. just sayin

Yeah I ordered that one. I done the shims Saturday. Needed 3 more but BMW had them in stock at £5.30 each. Swapped a few others around. Bike sounds really sweet now.
