hi,
I am wondering if anyone has had experience of Rev'it kit.

I am looking at the new cayenne pro jacket. It comes out in March.

They come with a seperate Waterproof liner and also a Thermal inner. So this makes 3 layers. It would seem you get ability to mix qnd match inners depending on weather and temperature.

Any reviews would be appreciated

Hi there.

I use Revitt and find them really good - warm, really waterproof and very durable and tough.

I did have one problem on the jacket and this was the stupid little loops attaching the sleeves of the thermal to the outer. I got it replaced by a brand new jacket with no quibbles at all. It still has the same loops so I take care when taking the jacket off or putting it on. When I get round to it, I make up a more suitable fixing for the liner.

All-in-all I can really recommend it for the price. I had a look round at all the other stuff and this really came out way above the competition. Aerostitch and BMW clothing are better, but then are a lot more expensive. HTH :thumb

rev it

Thanks al for the push to the other thread.

It would appear the jury is out on the waterproofing and little things like loops breaking. But the loops always break anyway.

I have found honda at abingdon does the kit so I need to get over there and look at the quality.

revit

have a look at held kit. i have a held oasis jacket and have found it to be a great bit of kit. it to hs seperate liners, i recently rode to tb2 which included -10 over the high atlas and +40 in the sahara and torrential rain in spain as they say! on the way home. the jacket never let me down, waterproof and loads [8]of vents for the heat, they also do trousers but i have no experience of them.
best of all they are cheaper by a longway than bwm and revit kit!!
I bought mine from Moto Brio up in the scotish borders.
i found them exellent to deal with.:oonyack
