Ride out

After spending three quarters of an hour having a rear tooth removed yesterday, (dentist ex gestapo!) I now have a swelling on my jaw the size of an egg and it is painful! (pause for the laughter to subside!) so as I can't get my helmet on I shall have to give tommorow a miss. Have a good day at least I aint had the bill yet!.

Not quite the same ailment, but my fractured ribs haven't healed as quickly as they used to in my youf, so I will be absent from tomorrow's jaunt out mes amis.
