May 23, 2006 #3 There is a drain plug on the RID , it might be blocked ( as in 90% of most cases) if it's been filling up with water for a while, it might be a little late to unblock it Let this be a warning to everyone. Unblock the RID unit every now and again

From the way the RID sits, presumably it's at the rear and you'd need to remove the screen and silver cover thingy ...
